I'm exporting tones with these kinds of bubbles from manga studio ex 3.0 to photoshop and use them on new screen layer.

Ravenix: Tones used for this particular page were from the internet indeed (can't recall from where exactly though :x, prolly deiantart). Pages from around 16th 'till the newest are toned in photoshop with powertone plug-in. :)
