Have you thought about publishing it yourself? If you self-publish it, you retain the copyright, so you can have it on the web, and in print at the same time, and can have both Polish and English language versions for sale at the same time. Check out Lulu.com. They publish to over 100 countries, and in over 80 languages, and they handle the currency conversion. They don't have a setup fee and you can get an ISBN number through them for a small fee. Srsly, you should check them out.

It is a very common practice among English language webcomics to have a comic on the web and in print at the same time. They introduce the comic on the website first, put up each new page as it is drawn. That way, they can use the web to generate a fan base and get fan feedback and the fans help them catch any typos or language errors, or know if they need to redraw a page, or something. Then when they have enough pages on the web to do a volume, they self publish it, while continuing to post each new page on the web. For example, "Templar Arizona" has three volumes for sale so far and new pages are still being regularly posted.
